Define project scope, goals, and deliverables alongside cross-functional teams and design leadership. Develop AI interaction strategies, ensuring transparency, ethics, and explainability in automated recommendations. Create interactive prototypes, wireframes, and journey maps to communicate experience concepts. Contribute to scalable design systems and advocate for human control over AI automation. Conduct user research and usability testing to address complex enterprise needs.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and deliverables with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or interaction design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Hands-on experience designing for enterprise software, complex systems, or AI-powered UX.
• Foundational understanding of machine learning, conversational experiences, and predictive analytics.
• Proven ability to build and maintain scalable design systems.
• Strong capability in wireframing, journey mapping, and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Ability to communicate design decisions using storytelling and data.
• Strategic thinking applied to both long-term and short-term product goals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring designers and contributing to design culture.
