Description

You will lead the end-to-end design of complex enterprise products, focusing on streamlining developer workflows and information visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for enterprise software.
• Translate complex data and workflows into intuitive user interfaces using information visualization techniques.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design solutions with technical feasibility and business goals.
• Maintain and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency across all products.
• Present design solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in UX design with a focus on enterprise software.
• Proven track record of designing efficient developer workflows and complex user interfaces.
• Expertise in information visualization and data-driven design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience conducting user research with enterprise users and developers.
• Strong understanding of design systems.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to work within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for accessibility.
• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
