You will own the end-to-end design process for seller-facing solutions, driving measurable business impact.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify seller needs and design solutions with measurable business impact.
• Develop detailed process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to communicate interaction behaviors.
• Develop and maintain user-interface and interaction specifications for development teams.
• Present and defend design recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Measure design effectiveness through metrics and user feedback.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX Design.
• Proficiency in User Experience Design and Product Management.
• Expertise in Wireframing and Visual Design.
• Conduct User Research and Data Analysis.
• Design and map Process Flow Design.
• Stakeholder Management and Cross-functional Collaboration.
• Ability to interact directly with end-users to gather insights.

Preferred Skills

• Experience combining qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience with scalable product design deployed globally.
