Description

Lead end-to-end UX design for diagnostic log exploration and troubleshooting workflows. Translate technical concepts into structured interaction models, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design complex user flows for event timelines, error interpretation, and root cause analysis.
• Produce interaction specifications and design documentation to guide engineering implementation.
• Conduct usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
• Contribute to the design system by refining reusable components and ensuring accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure feasible and scalable component implementation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of UX or interaction design experience with a strong portfolio of data-heavy interfaces.
• Expert proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong grasp of User Research, Usability Testing, and Information Architecture.
• Experience designing for diagnostic interfaces, charts, timelines, and structured data formats (JSON).
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with early-stage products, managing ambiguity, and shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with remote usability study tools.
• French language skills (A1 level).
