Description

Lead design strategy and execution for complex product domains. You own the end-to-end product experience journey, facilitating design sprints to align cross-functional teams and translating high-complexity problems into elegant solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product experience journey for assigned domains.
• Facilitate design sprints and workshops to align PM, Engineering, and Design teams.
• Translate high-complexity problems into simple, elegant solutions with attention to micro-interactions.
• Estimate technical feasibility to guide teams toward convergence.
• Present design rationale and goals to executives and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in enterprise or consumer product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating craft, leadership, and UX strategy.
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and modern design tools.
• Proficiency in user research, usability testing (in-person and remote), and contextual inquiry.
• Ability to conduct qualitative design analysis and research reporting.
• Experience generating customer insights to influence feature direction.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3 with responsive design techniques.
• Working knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices.
• Interest in data visualization and enterprise software.
