Position Overview
Our banking client is seeking a technically fluent Senior UX Designer with deep experience in financial services and regulated industries.
You will help modernize digital banking channels and create future-focused digital experiences across multiple platforms while ensuring consistency, usability, accessibility, and compliance with established design standards.

Required Experience
15+ years of UX Design experience with increasing complexity and ownership
Strong background in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Insurance, or another regulated industry
Hands-on experience designing within or alongside Salesforce products
Expert-level Figma skills including components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping, and developer handoff
Experience with Claude Code and Claude Design
Ability to read and interpret HTML/CSS
Experience with UserTesting.com including test plans, panel recruitment, and session analysis
Familiarity with API-driven interfaces, data-heavy dashboards, and complex form experiences

Financial Services Domain Expertise
Understanding of financial products, workflows, and terminology
Experience with account management, transactions, compliance reporting, and advisory workflows
Ability to design effectively within legal, risk, regulatory, and accessibility constraints
Strong understanding of trust, transparency, and risk considerations in financial UX
