Responsibilities

• Initiate and execute independent analysis and research to drive solution creation.
• Scope and lead large-scale, complex projects from end to end.
• Drive collaboration through co-creation approaches between design and business stakeholders.
• Lead multi-disciplinary and cross-functional project teams.
• Influence your immediate environment to establish conditions for project success.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in design or design research.
• Proficiency with Figma and Sketch.
• Experience with various design and prototyping tools.
• Ability to adapt to new tools and evolving workflows.
• Demonstrated leadership potential in a professional setting.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customers globally.
• Any Graduate degree.
