Description

You will lead design efforts for a specific portion of the Pampers Club mobile app within a Product Design Engineering structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for your assigned product area, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineer Leads.
• Design user-flows, wireframes, UI mockups, and prototypes to illustrate app functionality and aesthetics.
• Translate data insights into actionable design improvements to drive growth and meet KPIs.
• Manage the balance between optimum user experience and development overhead.
• Define, plan, and conduct user research at every stage of the product lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of UX Design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Expertise in mobile UX/UI and responsive design.
• Strong skills in wireframing, user-flows, and journey mapping.
• Experience creating personas and conducting user testing.
• Ability to present UX design output to client partners and stakeholders.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver consumer-oriented UX solutions via a design portfolio.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in UX Research, including qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Background in visual design, illustration, or icon design.
• Experience working within an agile mindset.
