Description

You will lead the design and user experience efforts for AI and digital products and platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design for web and mobile applications, from research through delivery.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.
• Create personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Define and maintain design systems and style guides across all product interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to align designs with technical and business goals.

Required Skills

• 7–8 years of professional experience in UX/UI design or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro, InVision, or Axure.
• Deep understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking for complex applications.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Strong communication skills, capable of justifying design decisions to stakeholders.
