Description

You will own the mobile design system across iOS and Android, ensuring consistency and scalability. You collaborate with engineering to translate design intent into clear mockups and prototypes. You lead documentation and governance, enforcing accessibility standards and platform guidelines. You integrate AI-powered tools into workflows to improve efficiency and design quality.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the mobile design system for iOS and Android platforms.
• Create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that communicate design intent clearly.
• Lead documentation and governance of design system components.
• Champion adoption of AI-powered design tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and platform-specific guidelines.

Required Skills

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI and UX design for native iOS and Android.
• Proficiency with Figma, including variables, tokens, and auto-layout.
• Deep understanding of Apple HIG and Google Material 3 guidelines.
• Experience leading or contributing to mobile design systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design tools.
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.

Preferred Skills

• Strategic perspective on integrating AI into design workflows.
• Experience managing Figma libraries at scale.
