Description

You will lead UX execution for large-scale, complex projects from discovery through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define business problems and design requirements to support the broader design team.
• Facilitate design sessions and cross-functional workshops to build consensus among diverse groups.
• Translate business objectives and research findings into high-impact, user-centered solutions.
• Break down complex problems into manageable tasks through collaboration with team members.
• Participate in research efforts, synthesize findings, and create end-to-end member experiences.
• Ensure all design work complies with established risk management policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX Design and Product Design.
• Proficiency in Figma for interface design.
• Experience designing for responsive web and native applications (iOS and Android).
• Strong knowledge of information architecture, mobile patterns, and website navigation.
• Expertise in human-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Experience using Jira (JWM) for workflow management.
• Ability to present design rationale and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
• A professional portfolio containing real-world case studies (no mock or conceptual projects).
