Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive business impact by contributing to plan and product design, testing, piloting, and market launch efforts.
- Pre-empt issues and resolve cross line of business implications before successful product launch.
- Understand business objectives, user needs, and define UX goal scopes and plan design activities end to end.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to solve complex requirements and drive user-centered solutions.
- Stay up to date on current industry events that affect business to keep products competitive.
- Challenge current business as usual design standards and constantly look for improvement opportunities.
- Launch digital features across multiple channels and monitor, measure, and report on feature performance.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities to improve user experiences and increase conversion.
- Achieve stakeholder buy-in and lead cross-functional work streams effectively across the organization.
- Work closely with analytics, research and technology partners to ensure systems satisfy consumer needs.
- Communicate design and roadmap initiatives to executives, product owners, and development teams.
- Convert ideas into basic wireframes to provide direction to UX and UI designers.
- Negotiate and diplomatically manage conflicting points of view while influencing organizational alignment.
- Support different teams by facilitating effective team to team communication and collaboration.
- Look for innovation outside of daily delivery that benefits the customer and company.
Experience Required: 6-10 years of relevant experience in a product or creative position with significant experience managing complex business and technical solutions. Demonstrated experience as a strong leader with excellent prioritization, communication, and cross-functional influence skills. Experience delivering with agile methodology required.
Education: Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
