Description

You will lead user experience design for complex digital products, translating business objectives and user needs into actionable strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define UX goal scopes and drive end-to-end design activities from concept to market launch.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to guide UX/UI teams and validate user-centered solutions.
• Analyze performance data and user research findings to identify opportunities for improving conversion and experience.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to resolve cross-functional implications and influence organizational alignment.
• Monitor feature performance across multiple channels and report on metrics to executives and product owners.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in UX or product design roles with a focus on complex business solutions.
• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and user research methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and experience delivering in agile environments.
• Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and communicate design roadmaps to technical teams.
• Experience with stakeholder management and negotiating conflicting points of view.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and lead work streams effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ADA fundamentals for accessible design.
• Experience working with outside vendors and agencies.
