Drive end-to-end design for banking products, translating complex user needs into actionable technical requirements.

You will own the discovery, definition, and prioritization phases of the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify banking customer needs and pain points.
• Translate findings into clear product requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, estimating feature effort.
• Collaborate with developers to communicate product vision during sprints.
• Contribute to the product roadmap by aligning features with business value and strategy.

• 10+ years of experience in requirement gathering and user research.
• 10+ years of experience in product backlog management and user story definition.
• 10+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional development teams.
• 8+ years of experience in product roadmap development and strategic alignment.
• Strong ability to translate stakeholder feedback into clear product requirements.
• Experience in prioritizing features based on business value.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the banking or financial services domain.
• Strong understanding of agile development processes.
