Design intuitive, user-centric experiences by applying human-centered design principles across the product development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute journey mapping, ethnography, usability research, and testing to drive design decisions.
• Build high-fidelity designs using prototyping, wireframing, and visual QA techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business goals.
• Contribute to SAFe Agile workflows, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story writing.
• Manage project tasks and requirements tracking using Jira and Confluence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma for design creation and iteration.
• Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in journey mapping and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Ability to conduct ethnography and usability research.
• Background in wireframing and prototyping.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field.
