Design intuitive, responsive web portals for complex systems in Düsseldorf.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to analyze workflows and pain points.
• Develop user personas, customer journey maps, user flows, and design blueprints.
• Create information architecture, wireframes, and low to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to implement designs.
• Define project scope and roadmaps while managing and mentoring other designers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of UX design experience.
• Proven portfolio showcasing solutions for complex systems, ideally in retail or supply chain management.
• Experience designing responsive web portals.
• Proficiency in user research, research analysis, and insight articulation.
• Strong understanding of analytics and data visualization for reporting tools or dashboards.
• Ability to build wireframes and prototypes quickly.
• Experience with stakeholder requirement gathering and feedback integration.
