Description

You will own the end-to-end design process for complex product experiences, from research and strategy through to final delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full design lifecycle including user research, ideation, prototyping, and testing.
• Develop conceptual models, personas, wireframes, user flows, and empathy maps to drive strategy.
• Establish and maintain design standards and patterns for assigned product areas.
• Define success metrics with cross-functional teams to measure UX impact.
• Transfer design knowledge and expertise to other team members.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in interaction design and web accessibility best practices.
• 8+ years leading the complete design process from research insights to delivery.
• 8+ years creating wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, style guides, and specification documents.
• 7+ years applying user-centered and human-centered design to websites and web applications.
• 7+ years defining success metrics alongside cross-functional teams.
• 7+ years establishing design standards and patterns.
• 4+ years working with highly complex application security requirements.
• 4+ years using Figma or similar design tools.
• 3+ years of experience in knowledge transfer to other designers.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years with Jira and Confluence.
• 5+ years with web technologies including CSS, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, REST, AJAX, XML, and HTTP.
• 3+ years working within an agile development team.
