You will design engaging digital and offline media that aligns with brand attributes and resolves user pain points.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design concepts by researching requirements and converting them into final artwork for digital and print platforms.
• Produce UX documentation including user flows, user journeys, competition analysis, market surveys, and wireframe prototypes.
• Create mobile and web-based wireframe variants from hand-drawn sketches.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to analyze requirements and deliver design solutions for approval.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and heuristic analysis to improve software structure and quality.

Required Skills

• 7 to 10 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Expertise in Adobe XD, specifically using components and animations.
• Proficiency in Figma, Axure, and InVision Studio.
• Strong command of typography, color, iconography, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Deep understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD), mobile-first, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility concerns.
• Proven ability to perform user testing, A/B testing, and heuristic analysis.
• Ability to manage design iterations and share testable prototypes.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
