Description

Design and deliver exceptional user experiences for digital health products, focusing on enterprise design systems and AI-assisted workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve enterprise design systems, ensuring consistency across multiple brands and products.
• Build scalable UI components and maintain design tokens, including semantic, primitive, and fallback strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate design systems into development workflows and automate processes.
• Implement accessibility standards, including ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, and screen reader support.
• Explore and implement Generative AI tools and AI-assisted design methodologies.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of experience in UX design, product design, or design systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma and design system development.
• Experience working with AI/Generative AI in design workflows.
• Understanding of front-end concepts, HTML/CSS, and React.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering and product.
• Knowledge of interaction design and user-centered design principles.
• Ability to define and enforce design and coding standards.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI-driven tooling.
• Experience using Figma REST API for component extraction and style management.
