Description

Own the end-to-end human-centered design process for complex digital products, from research and information architecture to high-fidelity prototyping and accessibility compliance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead design sprints and co-creation sessions to define user requirements and validate concepts through usability testing and behavioral research.
• Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring responsiveness across mobile and web platforms.
• Define and maintain information architecture, interaction patterns, and visual design systems that adhere to WCAG AA/AAA accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams in agile or waterfall environments to inspect QA/test environments and validate HTML/CSS implementation.
• Mentor junior UX professionals and articulate design rationale clearly to stakeholders, bridging the gap between user needs and business goals.

Required Skills

• 10-14 years of UX design experience for digital products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex interaction design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Mural, and Adobe Creative Suite for prototyping and visual design.
• Deep understanding of mobile interaction patterns, touch targets, gestures, and performance considerations like loading states and motion.
• Experience with data visualization tools including Tableau, High Charts, and Power BI.
• Strong foundation in color theory, typography, composition, and branding.
• Ability to interpret product requirements from a user-centered perspective and conduct service design research.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and project management concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for complex application ecosystems, B2B platforms, or transactional services.
• Proven track record of mentoring UX teams and leading design thinking workshops.
