Description

You will lead UX design initiatives for the Proforma platform, optimizing user interaction and complex financial workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design initiatives to optimize user interaction and complex financial workflows.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and user research to identify pain points and design opportunities.
• Create personas, journey maps, and process flows to align design decisions with business goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and finance teams to prioritize user needs.
• Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and documentation to guide development and implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX Design.
• Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping.
• Experience with Miro and Visio for mapping and collaboration.
• Strong background in Project Management and workflow oversight.
• Hands-on experience using Jira for task management.
• Proven ability to work in agile, cross-functional environments.
• Experience in UX research, interaction design, and process mapping.
