Description

Lead the design and development of user experiences for enterprise web and mobile applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize user experiences using wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Translate wireframes into detailed mockups and interactive prototypes, refining designs based on metrics and user feedback.
• Build and maintain component-based design systems in Figma to ensure digital brand consistency.
• Manage project phases including requirements gathering, information architecture, and UI design.
• Present UX designs to stakeholders, users, and developers in formal and informal settings.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience designing enterprise software for web and mobile applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system management.
• Expertise in UX/UI design principles and information architecture.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ability to use AWS DevOps and Miro for team collaboration.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record demonstrated through a professional UX/UI design portfolio.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in User Experience, Interactive Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
