Description

You will own the user experience for high-visibility product initiatives from prioritization through to launch.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and design key workflows, managing edge cases and design tradeoffs.
• Conduct independent user research including focus groups, shadowing, and interviews to drive decisions.
• Identify user needs and pain points to determine the right problems to solve.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the development process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of UX design experience in tech or agency environments.
• Strong UX fundamentals and visual design skills.
• Proven experience designing and launching features from start to finish.
• Ability to conduct user research both virtually and on-site.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
• Experience working closely with engineering and product management teams.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and drive execution.
