Description

You will own the end-to-end product design process, translating user needs into intuitive financial interfaces.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute product vision by identifying user motivations and business goals.
• Design holistic, responsive, and adaptive solutions optimized for web and mobile.
• Create and present design deliverables including sketches, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research data to drive design decisions.
• Partner with engineers to translate designs into integrated products within the ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as a UX designer with a portfolio of launched products.
• Fluency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, and InVision.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Lean UX, Scrum, or Kanban).
• Ability to manage complex projects with high ambiguity.
• Strong skills in testing, learning, and iterating to validate assumptions.
• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a design-related field.
