Description

Lead the design process from research through final implementation for complex user problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research and usability testing using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Design responsive, user-friendly interfaces adhering to established design system standards.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, personas, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Translate research findings into actionable design insights and present them to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to solve complex user problems.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in UI/UX Design.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Strong experience with responsive and mobile design principles.
• Proven experience conducting usability testing and user research.
• Experience utilizing Analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
