Description

You will own the end-to-end process of designing user-centric digital products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to define user needs.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to articulate design concepts.
• Plan and run usability tests, iterating designs based on analysis.
• Develop and implement UX strategies aligned with product goals.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure design feasibility.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in UX/design.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design and prototyping software.
• Experience conducting both quantitative and qualitative user research.
• Ability to design for responsive and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience using analytics software to interpret data.
• Strong ability to convey ideas via sketches, wireframes, and mockups.
• Experience presenting design findings to company executives.
