Description

You will own the end-to-end design process for user-centered solutions across digital platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs from stakeholders and BAs into actionable, user-centered design solutions.
• Lead discovery, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design phases.
• Create and maintain design artifacts, including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams within Agile development environments.
• Present design decisions and research insights to business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of UX design experience in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Figma for UX and visual design.
• Strong understanding of User-Centered Design principles.
• Knowledge of usability and accessibility best practices.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Ability to convert user research and system requirements into design solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Must provide a UX portfolio.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI-assisted design workflows or AI in UX.
• Basic understanding of HTML and front-end concepts.
