You will own the end-to-end design process for technology products, from discovery to handoff, ensuring high-fidelity implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the design lifecycle from initial discovery through final developer handoff.
• Create, iterate, and refine user flows and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product owners and front-end engineers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Evolse and maintain internal design systems to ensure consistency and accessibility.
• Investigate user challenges to drive direct business outcomes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a product designer shipping products.
• Expertise in Figma and best practices.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Experience building and working with design systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards.
• Ability to simplify complex user problems.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in eCommerce, checkout, or financial products.
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies.
