Description

You will lead UX execution for large-scale, complex projects to enhance member experiences.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire design work stream from discovery through delivery.
• Conduct user research, synthesize findings, and translate business objectives into user-centered solutions.
• Create end-to-end experiences through prototyping and high-fidelity design solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional design sessions to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.
• Define business problems and design requirements while ensuring compliance with risk management policies.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design.
• Proficiency in Figma, JWM (Jira), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience designing user interfaces for responsive web and native applications (iOS and Android).
• Demonstrated expertise in information architecture, website navigation, and mobile patterns.
• Proven ability to apply human-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and building consensus among diverse groups.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant digital design experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Financial Tech or Insurance sectors.
