Description

You will design and deliver end-to-end digital solutions for B-to-C mobile and web products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and consistent implementation of prototypes.
• Contribute new components to the Client Design System to support scalable mobile application design.
• Analyze user testing data to determine necessary product iterations and improvements.
• Lead projects with limited oversight, solving complex problems alongside product owners and UX peers.
• Mentor other designers and lead design meetings to drive product vision.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in design or technical product/mobile application environments.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end digital solutions for web, mobile, and tablet.
• Proficiency with modern, component-driven design and prototyping tools.
• Expertise in design thinking, user research, and creating interactive prototypes.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and Jira.
• Experience working with distributed teams and managing stakeholder updates up to VP level.
• Strong ability to present a portfolio of launched B-to-C products.
• Ability to work autonomously in high-volume, deadline-oriented environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in development including HTML, CSS, JS, Swift, Android, or Flutter.
• Experience with the full user-centered design process from concept to launch.
