Description

You will lead the end-to-end design of B-to-C digital solutions across web, mobile, tablet, and email platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex user problems using design thinking and research in collaboration with product owners and teams.
• Own the delivery of high-quality digital solutions as an individual contributor with limited oversight.
• Mentor other designers and lead design meetings to improve team output.
• Develop and maintain product design systems at scale.
• Create interactive prototypes to communicate user flows and functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in design or technical product/mobile application environments.
• Proven track record of launching B-to-C products into the real world.
• Expertise in component-driven design and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Cross-platform design experience covering web, mobile, tablets, and email.
• Proficiency in Android and Swift environments.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders through consultative relationship management.
