Description

You will lead the UX design process for a global brand portfolio within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute every stage of the design process including research, journey mapping, and user flows.
• Conduct exploratory design sprints, wireframing, and prototyping to validate concepts.
• Deliver high-fidelity designs and iterate alongside product and engineering teams through development.
• Define UX best practices, standards, and methodologies to ensure consistent, user-centered experiences.
• Communicate design thinking and rationale to drive consensus among partners and leaders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX and Visual Design.
• Proven ability to work within Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing the end-to-end design lifecycle from research to high-fidelity delivery.
• Strong interaction design and visual design capabilities.
• Ability to present and speak to previous work and design decisions.
• Any graduate degree.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant UX work.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for complex enterprise applications.
