Description

You will own end-to-end UX design processes from research through to high-fidelity visuals. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workflows including user research, wireframing, and high-fidelity visual design.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs using Figma and Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and deliver functional solutions.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Mentor junior designers and maintain consistency in the design system.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD.
• Expertise in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Advanced skills in wireframing and prototyping.
• Experience conducting user research.
• Working knowledge of Agile environments.
• Any Graduate degree.
