Description

You will design user-centered web and mobile interfaces for consumer and internal users.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Establish consistent, reusable design patterns informed by user testing and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to ensure design integrity and usability.
• Conduct usability testing and provide actionable insights to the team.
• Articulate design strategies to stakeholders and partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing UX for web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Expert proficiency in Figma or similar design, wireframing, and prototyping software.
• Extensive experience in human-centered design.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and analyze usability testing.
• Strong knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and accessible interface design.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Strong visual design skills and design sensibility.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
