Description

Design and implement user experiences by translating needs into functional prototypes and wireframes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing sites and products to identify usability improvements.
• Conduct user research to develop personas and capture requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to create user stories and design resources.
• Develop wireframes, task flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
• Communicate design ideas directly to developers and implement feedback loops.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of UX design experience.
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Proven experience managing UX projects from research to implementation.
• Experience coordinating with onsite-offshore and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to solve complex usability and findability problems.
• Strong communication skills for client and colleague interaction.
• Background in user research and persona development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating detailed mock-ups and task flows.
