You will lead UX within product teams to drive product outcomes through a Lean UX, user-centered design approach.
Responsibilities
Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to create experience maps, storymaps, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes for native and web platforms.
Collaborate with UX team members to define overall patterns, styles, and functionality while iterating on designs.
Lead design efforts by facilitating consensus on MVPs and communicating ideas to leadership and peers.
Advocate for UX best practices to influence product vision, strategy, and new capabilities.
Prepare digital assets for development teams and use Kanban methodology to ensure efficient delivery.
Required Skills
6+ years of UX design experience.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience designing complex B2B solutions for web, iOS, and Android.
Strong understanding of user-centered design research, moderated/unmoderated testing, and usability (ISO 9241).
Deep knowledge of mobile-first, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG & 508).
Ability to craft usable digital interfaces and apply web design patterns.
Foundational understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
Experience using Jira and Confluence.
A portfolio of work demonstrating design processes and solutions.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Continuous Discovery methodology and JTBD.
