Description

Lead the design and development of digital credential products, including a privacy-first digital wallet ecosystem. You will shape end-to-end user experiences that prioritize trust, autonomy, and security for public-sector services.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user journeys, interaction flows, and accessible interfaces for complex digital credential platforms.
• Lead user research activities, including usability testing and interviews, to synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups using structured workflows.
• Develop, document, and evolve design systems and visual standards in collaboration with development teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in UX design for complex platforms, multi-service ecosystems, or multi-stakeholder environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Axure, and Miro.
• Strong capabilities in user research method selection, synthesis, and evidence-based design.
• Proven ability to produce developer-ready design outputs using design systems.
• Experience designing for privacy- and security-first applications.
• Background in graphic design with a focus on outcome-driven UX delivery.
• Experience working within Agile teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with open-source digital wallet design or verifiable credential ecosystems.
