Description

You will lead user experience design for complex products using mobile-first and responsive design principles.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute user-centered design processes and iterate on solutions within Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Facilitate user research and usability testing, including creating interview scripts, topic maps, and synthesis reports.
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to ensure project alignment and delivery schedules.
• Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly to stakeholders and technical teams.
• Manage project transitions through Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live delivery stages.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working on complex products using user-centered design.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Axure, InVision, JustInMind, Zeplin, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design best practices.
• Proven ability to conduct user research, synthesis, and usability testing.
• Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
• Effective negotiation and mediation skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, React, Angular, or NodeJS.
• Experience with accessibility compliance testing.
• Certification in usability, human-computer interaction, or technical writing.
