Description

You will lead the end-to-end design process for functional UX projects, moving from initial ideation through to final delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deliver entire ranges of UX projects with minimal guidance.
• Create, review, and manage high-quality submissions to development code streams.
• Conduct usability studies and record findings with clear recommendations for improvement.
• Estimate your own design and implementation workloads while optimizing processes.
• Communicate design rationale to product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in UX design or related roles.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer.
• Experience co-leading software development cycles from ideation to shipment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CAD/CAE software.
• Ability to prototype rapidly using available tools.
• Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage deliverables.
• Proven ability to iterate on designs based on direction and convergence goals.
• Effective communication skills for technical collaboration via email, chat, and meetings.

Preferred Skills

• Certificate in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
• Experience with modeling and simulation applications.
• Expertise in screen-capture, video-editing, or UI implementation tools.
