Description

You will own the design and implementation of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design interfaces aligned with Baxter design patterns, W3C, Google Material Design, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, and Android Design Guidelines.
• Create high-fidelity UI prototypes for testing and stakeholder reviews.
• Participate in user research, including customer interviews and usability studies, to define user needs.
• Plan and support usability testing by writing test plans, moderating sessions, and documenting findings.
• Provide UX recommendations to cross-functional teams to improve product usability and workflow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant UX design experience.
• Advanced experience with Figma, specifically components, variables, auto-layout, themes, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a Design Language System (DLS).
• Proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional product teams.
• Ability to balance independent work with strong team communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, UX Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
