Description

You will own the design and usability of user-facing features.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces adhering to Baxter design patterns, W3C, Google Material Design, Apple HIG, and Android Guidelines.
• Participate in user research, including customer interviews and usability studies, to define user needs.
• Create high-fidelity UI prototypes for testing and stakeholder review.
• Plan, moderate, and document usability testing sessions.
• Provide UX recommendations to cross-functional teams to improve product usability and workflow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant UX design experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including components, variables, auto-layout, themes, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a Design Language System (DLS).
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional product teams.
• Ability to balance independent work with strong team communication.
• Experience with design documentation and specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
