You own the end-to-end product discovery and UX for L&C portals and APIs.
Responsibilities
Lead user research, journey mapping, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping in Figma, and design QA for features like RBAC and classifier/label management.
Own program delivery for cross-functional increments by defining scope, RACI/DACI, roadmaps, and running sprint and release rituals.
Drive change management by crafting enablement assets, partner roadshows, and rollout plans to increase feature adoption.
Instrument adoption and value by defining and publishing KPI sets and running quarterly leadership outcomes updates.
Partner with compliance leaders to align user experiences with Data Classification & Handling Standards and simplify audit evidence creation.
Raise the design bar by facilitating critiques, maintaining component libraries, and ensuring accessibility and internationalization.
Required Skills
8+ years in UX/Product Design or UX lead roles with a Figma portfolio for complex, data-heavy workflow products.
3–5+ years delivering program management outcomes in technical domains such as platform, data, or security.
Proven ability to design rollout strategies and communications that drive behavior change across large organizations.
Strength in user research (interviews, usability testing), IA, and content design for expert users (e.g., Security, platform engineers).
Fluency collaborating with Security (CSO) and POCL-type stakeholders in regulated contexts.
Working knowledge of RBAC concepts, data classification/labeling, and governance workflows.
Proficiency with tools including Figma, FigJam, Jira/Confluence or Workfront, and M365.
Experience with APIs and understanding of cloud data ecosystems is required.
