Description

You own end-to-end product discovery, UX design, and program delivery for L&C portals and APIs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research, journey mapping, information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping in Figma.
• Manage program delivery by defining scope, RACI/DACI, roadmaps, and running sprint and release rituals.
• Drive change management through enablement assets, partner roadshows, and rollout plans to increase feature adoption.
• Instrument adoption by defining KPIs and publishing quarterly leadership outcomes updates.
• Partner with compliance leaders to align UX with Data Classification standards and simplify audit evidence.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in UX/Product Design or UX lead roles with a complex, data-heavy workflow portfolio.
• 3–5+ years delivering program management outcomes in technical domains like platform, data, or security.
• Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, Jira/Confluence or Workfront, and M365.
• Strength in user research, IA, and content design for expert users such as Security and platform engineers.
• Fluency collaborating with Security (CSO) and POCL stakeholders in regulated contexts.
• Working knowledge of RBAC concepts, data classification/labeling, and governance workflows.
• Experience with APIs and understanding of cloud data ecosystems.
