You will drive product decisions through data-driven insights and user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user behaviors and pain points.
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and analytics analysis.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define research goals.
• Partner with design teams to develop personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Synthesize complex findings and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience conducting user research for software or web-based applications.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and Dovetail.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to present research findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and user challenges.
• A portfolio demonstrating past research projects and their impact on product development.
