Description

Lead user experience research and design strategy to define and execute digital brand experiences across complex applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative usability studies, including competitor reviews and benchmarking.
• Create information architectures, journey maps, storyboards, and data visualizations from research findings.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes that align with user research and brand identity.
• Manage enhancements to the centralized site building platform and digital design system.
• Advocate for user needs and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to apply user-focused principles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Expert proficiency in Sketch (preferred), Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong expertise in user research methodologies (usability testing, interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry).
• Experience managing digital brand experiences in decentralized environments.
• Ability to translate research insights into actionable design recommendations.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
