Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate will combine strong visual design skills with deep user experience expertise and will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards
• Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Collaborate with product managers and developers in Agile environments
• Mentor junior designers and review design work
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices
• Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and UI execution
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
• Experience with user research, testing, and analytics
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and developer handoff processes
