Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, delivering intuitive, user-centric digital experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, create personas, and perform usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Define, maintain, and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers in Agile environments to translate business requirements into user experiences.
• Mentor junior designers, review design work, and ensure accessibility (WCAG) and responsiveness best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and UI execution.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Proficiency in user research methods, usability testing, and user feedback analysis.
• Deep understanding of responsive, mobile-first design principles.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and developer handoff processes.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to facilitate smooth implementation.
• Ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior designers and leading design reviews.
• Background in data analysis to support design iterations.
