Description

You will own the end-to-end design lifecycle, from research and hypothesis building to high-fidelity prototyping and developer handoff for large-scale digital platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead generative and evaluative research, including continuous discovery interviews and end-user working groups.
• Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to define MVP pathways and future states.
• Develop design artifacts, specifications, and documentation to communicate ideas to stakeholders and engineering.
• Contribute to the BigFuture design system, maintaining standards, patterns, and UI elements.
• Partner with accessibility, content, and engineering teams to ensure brand alignment and compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design roles.
• Proven experience designing for large, content-rich websites and applications.
• Expertise in information design, user scenarios, and digital interaction design patterns.
• Proficiency in Figma and Zeplin for design handoff.
• Experience with usability testing, contextual inquiry, and field interviews.
• Deep understanding of website architecture, navigation, and UI across web, mobile, and tablet platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, interaction design, computer science, graphic design, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing enterprise products.
• Familiarity with front-end coding technologies and data modeling.
