Description

You will design end-to-end, user-centered digital and classroom learning experiences for desktop and mobile form factors.

Responsibilities

• Design powerful, efficient, and attractive user interfaces including icons, buttons, and banners.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define optimal user experiences for new and existing applications.
• Apply UX, design-thinking, and human-centered design practices to support content strategy and organizational learning needs.
• Develop digital learning assets including eLearning, animation, video, podcasts, and ebooks.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual artifacts following established design best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer and developer.
• 5+ years of experience with Storyline, Lectora, Adobe Photoshop, and Camtasia.
• 5+ years of experience with wireframe and prototype tools including Balsamiq, OmniGraffle, and Axure.
• 5+ years of experience with LCMS, HTML5, U Perform, and video tools.
• 3+ years of digital design experience focused on user interaction flow for web and mobile interfaces.
• Experience designing iOS and Android applications.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including jQuery and Angular).
• Bachelor's degree in a design-related field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building multi-lingual assets.
• Experience in financial services or data analytics fields.
