Own the verification and validation lifecycle for electronic products, ensuring quality and compliance through rigorous testing and analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute DVP&R plans, validation strategies, and test acceptance criteria based on product requirements and FMEA results.
• Lead verification activities across laboratory, environmental, HIL, simulation, and field testing environments.
• Analyze test results, investigate failures, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate testing schedules, resources, and deliverables while maintaining accurate documentation and project records.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, firmware, systems, and software engineering teams to support product release decisions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in product validation, verification, testing, or reliability engineering.
• Proven experience developing and executing DVP&R plans.
• Strong understanding of electronic product development processes.
• Experience with FMEA and risk-based validation methods.
• Ability to independently execute tests, analyze results, and communicate findings effectively.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
